José "Che-Che" Turrubiartez Wilson

Che-Che Turrubiartez Wilson is a Chicago native and public health and LGBTQ rights leader. He is running for County Commissioner to protect health care in the nation’s second-largest public health care system. From his professional public health experience directly connecting tens of thousands of people to the Affordable Care Act and fighting for progressive health care policies, Che-Che has a track record for achieving real results. He is now a Director at Equality Illinois, organizing LGBTQ communities in Illinois.
