Zoey Carter

Zoey Carter is running because she believes every person and every family deserves equal access to health care, food, and transportation. As an 8th-generation Pekinite and a middle-class manufacturing and retail worker, Zoey has watched her communities struggle and shrink. Now she is running for the Illinois State House of Representatives in District 93 because she believes in a better Illinois and knows that starts with local change.
