Bailey, a Northeast Arkansas native, is a Democratic candidate for Saline County Justice of the Peace District 5. With degrees in political science and public administration, they have a strong record of community engagement. Bailey founded the Saline County Library Alliance and led the Democratic Party of Saline County.
