Rob Blanchard

Rob, a member of Fairfield’s RTM and candidate for Connecticut’s 28th State Senate District, brings a unique blend of public and private sector experience. His focus is on stabilizing and predicting taxes for seniors, advocating for increased municipal aid, and collaborating with the business community. With a goal of fostering a strong workforce, Rob plans to work closely with employers and universities to enhance the state’s talent pool. He also supports common-sense gun laws and women's access to reproductive healthcare. Rob resides in Fairfield with his wife, Samantha, and their baby, along with two dogs, Winslow and Penelope.
