Lindsay, a seasoned advocate for social justice and equality, serves as the Director of Workforce Strategies at InnovatePGH in Pittsburgh. In this role, she focuses on fostering employment opportunities for underrepresented individuals in the local tech industry. Prior to her current position, Lindsay spent five years as Assistant Chief of Staff at the City of Pittsburgh, overseeing legislative efforts and policies for various city departments. During her time there, she spearheaded programs such as the city's digital equity initiative and the expansion of the summer free meal program. Lindsay's dedication to community service extends to her experience working with federal officials like US Senator Chuck Schumer and Representative Hakeem Jeffries. She is also a proud Fulbright Scholarship recipient, teaching English in rural Malaysian high schools. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wheaton College and a Master's of Science in Public Policy Management from Carnegie Mellon University Heinz College. Lindsay is actively involved in organizations such as NeighborWorksSWPA and the Urban Redevelopment Authority, and is an alumna of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the New Leaders Council. She currently resides in Lawrenceville with her cherished dog, Willow.
