Xavier Morales

Xavier, a board-certified chaplain residing in St. Joseph Charter Township, is dedicated to serving his community. With a background in both law enforcement and ministry, Xavier brings a unique perspective to his roles as a program host on Dare to Dream Network (3ABN) and as an educator. Passionate about helping others, he values God, family, and community above all else. Xavier believes in investing taxpayer dollars in community connections and infrastructure, such as sidewalks and affordable housing, to create a more united and inclusive St. Joseph Charter Township. His vision is to foster a community where older generations can enjoy retirement, while younger families continue to build upon their legacies.
