2021 Endorsement

Amoy is a community advocate who has spent the last 15 years serving the North Shore. She believes that accessible healthcare, housing and education are the keys to prosperity in her community. Her dedication to public service began when she was a volunteer at St. Vincent’s Hospital (Richmond University Medical Center) and has included: NYC Parks, Special Education and Constituent Services. Amoy hopes to be the first City Councilmember from Staten Island to engage climate change as a priority for coastal communities like Staten Island and as an opportunity to build a resilient and more equitable community for everyone on the North Shore.

With a range of experience in local, state and federal government Amoy believes that with a well engaged constituency government can work. Amoy lives in West New Brighton.
