Vivian Nguyen

Vivian Nguyen is running for Everett City Council, Ward 5, to make Everett feel like home for every resident. The daughter of refugees and immigrants, she knows the city’s strength is its diversity. A former councilor and lifelong advocate, she has worked to bring more transparency to city government, improve neighborhood safety, and ensure growth is inclusive. Vivian believes progress starts by listening to neighbors and making City Hall reflect the people it serves.
