Leslie Garcia

Leslie Garcia is running to represent District 2 on the West Covina City Council because she believes residents deserve leadership grounded in science, integrity, and community. She is a lifelong West Covina resident and atmospheric scientist who has been serving the community since childhood. At City Hall, she will protect residents from federal immigration enforcement, advance affordability, ban data centers, and partner with other levels of government to fund public services.
