Shoshanna, Alderwoman at-Large, is a dedicated public servant, small business owner, and proud mother in Nashua. Elected in 2017 and re-elected in 2022, she is known for her advocacy for public education, founding Nashua’s Pride Festival, supporting small businesses, and championing local efforts against the climate crisis.

In her second term, Shoshanna led the creation of the Affordable Housing Trust Fund and currently serves on a committee focused on increasing affordable housing options in Nashua. She is now running for the Executive Council in District Five, aiming to address key issues affecting Granite Staters.

Throughout her career, Shoshanna has broken barriers as the first woman of color elected as an at-large Alderwoman in Nashua in 2017 and the first person of color to be a major party nominee for Executive Council in 2022. If elected in 2024, she will become the highest-level elected person of color in the history of New Hampshire.

In addition to her political work, Shoshanna is actively involved in community organizations such as the Nashua Soup Kitchen & Shelter and Peacock Players. She resides in Ward 5 with her husband, Dave, their children Elsa and Miles, and a lively bunch of five chickens.
