Nydia Cardenas

Nydia Cardenas is a Fort Worth native and proud daughter of Mexican immigrants who taught her that when something isn't right, te pones a hacer algo. You get up and do something. After spending the past year organizing at Commissioners Court and watching her Commissioner and the County Judge enact an extremist agenda, she decided to run and use her background as a Stanford-trained engineer, Michigan MBA, and community organizer to bring rigor, compassion, and accountability back to the people's court.
