With experience as the former Student Body President at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), Carlos has championed student initiatives and secured funding for important university programs. As the youngest executive director of the Nevada and Las Vegas Chapters of the American Institute of Architects, he continues to drive innovation and progress in his professional roles.

Carlos's participation in prestigious programs like the Vegas Chamber Foundation's Leadership Las Vegas class of 2024 and the US Chamber Foundation Business Leads Fellowship demonstrates his dedication to bridging the gap between education and workforce development.
