Athena Aguiar

Athena Aguiar is running for Eugene City Council because she knows North Eugene. As a Sheldon High School student, she was president of the Gender Sexuality Alliance. After receiving her Bachelor’s in Biology from Coe College, she later returned to Eugene to work for the Walama Restoration Project, where she maintained and restored ecosystems. She then worked at the Fund For The Public Interest to help environmental causes. Athena is currently a major component at many community advocacy groups and serves on the Library Advisory Board.
