David believes education is a fundamental right for all children. He's running for Wicomico County Board of Education, District 4, to address attracting and retaining educators, increasing student and staff mental health support, full implementation of Pre-Kindergarten programs, increasing graduation rates and career readiness, and ensuring an inclusive classroom experience for all students. As a father of four children currently in the district, he has a unique insight to how the schools, educators, and support staff excel, and the opportunities for improvement.
David is an experienced leader who has served as Chair of the City of Salisbury's Parks and Recreation Committee since 2014, working to expand parks and recreation opportunities to all citizens.
