Phillip Caldwell

Phillip is a former music educator turned accountant, married to a public school teacher, and a proud new parent enrolled in Parkway's Early Childhood Center programs already.

Phillip believes that the board of education should be an advocate for students first and foremost. A fiscally responsible steward of the communities tax dollars. And that to keep Parkway a destination district, it must not only attract but retain top-tier educators and administrators.
