Kristi is an environmental professional, parent, former farmer, and Southern Minnesotan running to represent MN House District 58A because she deeply cares about our collective future and is committed to governing alongside each and every resident in her district.
Kristi believes true leadership is partnering with community members, particularly those most impacted by the challenges we face, to create tangible solutions that ensure all Minnesotans thrive, no exceptions. She knows that when we come together, grounded in our values, we can build a resilient climate, an education system that fully supports students and educators, a strong democracy, and an affordable, accessible, high-quality healthcare system.
Kristi has forged strong relationships across the district with farmers, fellow parents, and those engaged in local and state-level grassroots organizing. She has been a leader on a grassroots campaign that worked with her current retiring state representative to successfully secure over $5 million for farmers using soil healthy practices.
If elected, Kristi will be the second woman to ever represent the Northfield, MN area in the Minnesota House.
