Tiffany is deeply committed to improving her community. She is the owner of KBI Staffing Solutions LLC, a solution-driven staffing firm located in the heart of Orlando’s Historic Parramore community. Its mission is to economically empower the community through job opportunities.
Tiffany is a community advocate at heart. She knows how to make calls, gather signatures, knock on doors, and collaborate with the community to get issues resolved. She is also an education advocate and mentors for Seminole High School with the Take Stock in Children Program. She also mentors for the 2022 Orlando Business Journal as a part of Bizwoman Mentoring Monday. She strives to be a role model in her community and wants to positively impact its residents.
A child of immigrant parents, Tiffany is a graduate of the Florida International University and has a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. In April 2021, she was elected the 25th President of the Orange County, FL branch of the NAACP, the youngest in their history. She is a graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 100 and NAACP 2019 NextGen. In 2021, she was named an Orlando Business Journal 40 under 40 honoree.
As a true public servant, Tiffany serves on both a County and City board, is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, and is a steward at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Eatonville, FL.
Tiffany lives locally with her husband and college sweetheart Kenneth and her son, Legacy.
