Megan Marshall

Megan is a 20-year Marine veteran and first African American elected to the Lee’s Summit Board of Education in Missouri. She is running for county legislature because taxpayers deserve engaged and accessible representation from county government. Megan is fighting for taxpayer accountability, fair property tax assessments, expansion of mental health services, and proven strategies to reduce violent crime. Megan is committed to constituent engagement across Jackson County and providing greater access and equity in county government.
