Rodger Allen
2025 Endorsement
Rodger Allen is running for Bensalem School Board because he believes that students deserve leadership that reflects them, listens to them, and fights for their future. A proud graduate of Bensalem High School and Temple University, Rodger now works as a substitute teacher in Philadelphia and owns a home care business rooted in compassion and service. As the son of Liberian immigrants, he brings a deep understanding of perseverance, equity, and the value of opportunity. His lived experience—as a student, educator, and business owner—drives his commitment to making Bensalem schools more inclusive, supportive, and future-focused.
Rodger’s campaign is Bensalem-focused, student-centered, and teacher-led, and his plan to get there is through his Triple M Plan: Mental health, more support for teachers, and mentorship. He believes mental wellness must be a priority, teachers deserve a seat at the table, and students need real-world guidance before graduation. If elected, Rodger would be one of the youngest members ever to serve on the board, the second Liberian-American, and the first in his generation to hold office in Bensalem.
