Jamin Pursell

Jamin is running for Richmond City Council, District 4, an area of the frontline community particularly vulnerable to the impacts of climate change. His platform prioritizes progressive economic development, a localized Green New Deal, and climate change resiliency. He has been working with the Richmond Shoreline Alliance to address environmental issues along the shoreline and is a founding Board Member of Richmond Rainbow Pride, the city's first and only LGBTQI organization.

If elected, Jamin would secure a progressive majority that could hold Chevron accountable.
