Oday Yousif

Oday, an attorney and small business owner, aims to bring leadership to the Cajon Valley Union School Board by prioritizing educational achievement and a safe school environment. Raised in Rancho San Diego, he understands the importance of community support and quality education. With a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and a background in public education from San Diego State University, Oday is committed to his community. Currently serving as the Chair of the Valle de Oro Community Planning Group and a Next Generation Leader for the American Constitution Society, Oday is dedicated to bettering his community. By running for the Cajon Valley School Board, Oday seeks to refocus the board's attention on academic excellence and student well-being, rather than politics. He is driven to enhance resources for schools to support the needs of all students, especially recent immigrants. Oday’s goal is to create a safe and inclusive environment where educators can thrive, and students can reach their full potential.
