Emma Curtis

Emma Curtis is running for reelection to keep building a Lexington that works for all of its residents. In her first term, she improved traffic and pedestrian safety, secured protections for renters, and protected Lexingtonians from the Trump administration's attacks. She sponsored and passed Lexington's Animal Care Ordinance, led the fight against data centers, and secured millions of dollars in transportation funding - all while serving as Kentucky's only openly trans elected official.
