Mathewos Samson

Mathewos Samson is a community organizer, Democratic Socialist, son of Ethiopian immigrants, and a lifelong Atlantan running for the state house to make Georgia work for working families — not just billionaires. Housing, utilities, and the overall cost of living are through the roof, and politicians are too beholden to corporate donors to stand up for us in the face of this crisis. He believes that only we can build a more democratic, equitable, and just society that works for everyone.
