Samar Khan

Samar, a resident of Lower Merion Township for nearly a decade, was drawn to the area for its excellent education and strong community spirit. She found a welcoming and supportive environment that inspired her to give back by serving on the school board. Having completed the Emerge PA program that prepares Democratic women for public office, she feels prepared to contribute effectively.

With a belief in the transformative power of education, Samar has dedicated her career to higher education and teaching. She emphasizes collaboration and understanding diverse viewpoints in her interactions with students, colleagues, and parents. If elected, she aims to unify the community and ensure that every student receives a comprehensive and inclusive educational experience.
