Miguel Valente

Miguel Valente is running for the Sangamon County Board, District 18, to bring innovative changes and enhance residents' quality of life. He proudly served in the Army National Guard as a Water Treatment Specialist. At 25, he's the only U.S. veteran and Latino candidate in the race. Raised in a Mexican immigrant family, Miguel understands the importance of advocating for low-income and minority communities. He aims to be proactive and accessible to all residents.
