His leadership as the lead sponsor of a resolution to initiate Community Energy Aggregation demonstrates his commitment to exploring sustainable energy solutions. Additionally, he has been a staunch defender of voting rights, taking a stand against efforts to reduce early voting and mail-in options. Tom has also been a vocal advocate for Agawam's infrastructure by supporting investments in its water and sewer systems.
