Zohaib Qadri

Zo Qadri made history when he was first elected and became the first South Asian and Muslim on Austin City Council. In his first term, he led on eliminating costly parking minimums, expanding affordable housing, protecting immigrant communities, and standing up for accountability at City Hall. Zo is running for re-election to keep Austin affordable, sustainable, and inclusive—championing tenants and neighborhoods, small businesses and labor, student voices, and the creative spirit that makes our city home.
