Ni'Aisha is a dedicated social justice organizer, youth advocate, veteran, entrepreneur, and mother of four. With a strong commitment to self-improvement and community betterment, Ni'Aisha embarked on a journey to complete her education while pregnant with her fourth child. She successfully earned a degree in Business from Savannah Technical College, graduating Cum Laude. Currently, she is on track to complete her studies at Georgia Southern University in December 2023, where she is pursuing a degree in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management, with a minor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. Remarkably, Ni'Aisha manages to balance her studies with a full-time job and the responsibilities of raising her family.
Professionally, Ni'Aisha has proven her exceptional skills in connecting individuals with valuable resources and advocating for her community's needs. She has served as a Family Ambassador with the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning and previously held the role of Public Benefits Specialist at Savannah Technical College. Beyond this, Ni'Aisha has showcased her passion for social justice as a Canvasser and Community Justice Fellow with 9to5 Georgia, working tirelessly to advocate for families and childcare providers. Moreover, she has actively championed for justice-impacted youth during her tenure at Deep Center.
In recognition of her dedication, resilience, and impactful contributions, Ni'Aisha received the prestigious Women to Marvel Award from 9to5 Georgia in 2022. Being one of only four women in the state to achieve this honor truly highlights her relentless pursuit of progress and her ability to make a positive difference in her community.
