ChrisTiana is a dedicated advocate for sustainable and equitable solutions in our community. With a unique blend of lived experience and governance knowledge, they work tirelessly to address the root causes of inequity by transforming policy systems and amplifying the needs of the community.

As a social equity consultant, ChrisTiana has collaborated with thousands of community members across the country, bringing about transformative change in over 250 organizations and government agencies. Their expertise and passion have made a significant impact on various fronts.

In addition to their consultancy work, ChrisTiana has been actively involved in civic leadership. They have served as the co-chair of both the Seattle Disability Commission and the Renters Commission, bringing a valuable perspective to these important bodies. As a member of the Green Party WA, they are committed to advocating for environmentally sustainable policies that benefit our community and beyond.

ChrisTiana’s impressive list of accomplishments includes co-organizing the passage of one of the country's first bans on sub-minimum wage, a major step towards fair and just compensation. They have also successfully advocated for the adoption of Disability Justice principles at the Seattle Office of Civil Rights, promoting inclusivity and accessibility for all. Their involvement in the fight for rent control resulted in significant advances, including a six-month advance notice legislation. As a small business owner, ChrisTiana has also endorsed the Jumpstart Tax, recognizing the importance of fair taxation to support local economic growth.
