Noelle is a dedicated candidate running for a board position in the Town of Onondaga. With nearly 35 years of residency, she possesses a deep-rooted connection to the town. Noelle's educational journey began at Onondaga Central, where she graduated in 2003. She then pursued her undergraduate degree at Cornell University and subsequently earned a doctorate in marine science from the College of William & Mary.

Upon completing her Ph.D., Noelle returned to Syracuse to raise her family and contribute to the community. She has served as an adjunct professor at SUNY Cortland and Onondaga Community College, and she currently holds a professorship at Hamilton College. In 2018, Noelle was elected to the Onondaga Central School Board and was re-elected in 2021.

If elected to the board position, Noelle's main focus will be enhancing communication and transparency between the town board and its citizens. She intends to achieve this by scheduling meetings at convenient times for community members and implementing live streaming options. Additionally, Noelle recognizes the importance of envisioning and planning for the town's future. She aims to advocate for the needs and aspirations of diverse demographic groups, including young families, college students, and aging adults.
