Linnea Nemeth

Linnea is a dedicated arts and social justice advocate who is seeking re-election for City Councilor At-Large on Dover City Council. With a background as a Production Manager and a member of her employer's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team, Linnea brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her current role. In addition, she actively contributes to corporate sustainability efforts.

As a councilor, Linnea serves as a liaison to various important committees, including the Arts Commission, Heritage Commission, and Committee on Racial Equity and Inclusion. Her collaborative approach involves working closely with city departments, actively listening to community feedback, and actively engaging in the creation of the Visioning Master Plan Chapter.

For her re-election campaign, Linnea aims to address the pressing issue of rising living costs and advocate for more initiatives promoting racial equity. With her strong belief in representation and inclusivity, she aspires to provide a voice for the median age population, which stands at 36, making it the largest age demographic in Dover.

Through her passion for arts and social justice, Linnea will continue to bring awareness to important issues and propose new solutions that benefit the community as a whole. With her determination and commitment, she seeks to make a positive impact on the city of Dover.
