Kris Cox

Kris Cox is running for City Council District 1 on a working-class platform that includes a municipal housing program that will increase public housing and community land trusts in Denton. He also supports reinstating the City Afterschool Program that supported Dentonites with well-paying jobs and gave families an affordable option for care. If elected, he will establish a Union Advisory Committee that will advise the city on working-class matters and put in place a Mutual Aid Day for the city.
