Endi Montalvo-Martinez

Endi Montalvo-Martinez is a community leader, health worker, and lifelong Des Moines resident running for city council at-large. Endi is a proud son of immigrants and began his advocacy at East High, where he co-led the successful campaign to remove school resource officers and reinvest in restorative justice. Now he works on food access, healthcare navigation, and suicide prevention. He is running because Des Moines needs leadership that fights for a city where every resident can thrive.
