Don Nuam

Don, a dedicated Burmese Tulsan, is a passionate community servant seeking to make a positive impact as County Clerk. Since 2008, Don has been engaged in Tulsa's community, graduating from Jenks Public Schools and earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Political Science. In 2023, she co-founded a non-profit supporting Burmese diasporas in Oklahoma, where she currently serves as board president. Don is actively involved in national Burmese diaspora youth initiatives and contributes to Far East Mission Church in Tulsa. With a culturally informed perspective, she prioritizes collaboration, diversity, and innovation, striving to ensure all voices are represented in county decisions. Don is honored to be the first Democratic candidate for Tulsa County Clerk in over a decade.
