A lifelong resident of Lansing, Rachel has been an active member of the community for years, serving on the Lansing School District Board of Education since her election in 2011, including four years as Board President. With a background in social work, specializing in child welfare, specifically foster care and adoption efforts, she brings a wealth of experience to the table.
