Victoria Garcia Wilburn

Hailing from a Chicago suburb, she pursued higher education and earned a degree in occupational therapy, later obtaining a doctorate in health science. Dr.Wilburn, now residing in Indiana with her family, has dedicated her career to enhancing the well-being of individuals in her community, particularly advocating for mental and behavioral health services.
