Welcome Stokien

Welcome Stokien has proudly called Chillicothe home for most of her life She is a mother, a longtime volunteer, a community advocate and organizer, and a person who has had to work hard for every opportunity she's earned.

Welcome firmly believes the city council needs more members who listen and solve problems by taking action -- not years from now, but right now. In office, she will prioritize thoughtful, accountable development that prioritizes infrastructure, housing, and public services while also protecting the well-being of current residents.

Welcome is running for Chillicothe City Council At Large because she believes in the power of community, and she knows that together, we can build a city that works for everyone. We have a lot to do. Let's start now.
