Emilia Cortez is a Yuma County native, bilingual public affairs professional, and community leader running for the Arizona House in Legislative District 23. She serves as an Economic Development Specialist with the Quechan Indian Tribe, focusing on infrastructure, investment, and workforce opportunity. Emilia holds a Bachelor’s in Public Administration and an MBA with a Leadership minor. She is committed to strengthening communities and supporting working families.
