Jackie Fielder

Jackie is a dedicated advocate and educator with a background in Public Policy and Sociology from Stanford University. She co-founded the San Francisco Defund DAPL Coalition and the San Francisco Public Bank Coalition to promote the divestment of public revenue from Wall Street banks. Jackie has taught “Race, Women, and Class” at San Francisco State University and ran for California’s 11th Senate District in 2020. She launched Daybreak PAC to champion single-payer healthcare, climate action, and other progressive causes. Jackie has also served as Commissioner and Vice Chair of the San Francisco Local Agency Formation Commission (SFLAFCo) and is currently Co-Director of Stop the Money Pipeline, a national coalition working to disrupt funding to fossil fuel companies.
