Charman Postel

Charman, a dedicated advocate and mother of four, resides in Boca Raton, Florida. She has a background as a former Early Childhood Teacher and Educator. Charman is the founder of CLRP & Associates, a business and event management company, and serves as the President of the Bold Foundation, focusing on preparing young leaders beyond high school. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University. Charman received the National PTA School of Excellence award in 2017 for her advocacy efforts.

In addition to her professional roles, Charman is the President of the Parent Teacher Association Palm Beach County Council, chairs the School District of Palm Beach County’s Academic Advisory Committee, and mentors with Take Stock In Children. She is a member of the Boynton Aerospace Science Academy Board. Charman believes in the importance of strong schools for vibrant communities and prosperous businesses, underlining the connection between education and overall community and business success.
