Emmylou Manwill

Emmylou Manwill is running for Salem Ward 4 City Council to be a responsive councilor who addresses both big picture policy issues and quality of life challenges in her ward. She wants to make sure the benefits of recent rapid development are shared equitably and all voices are heard. Emmylou is a legal aid attorney who represents domestic violence survivors and Afghans who fought alongside U.S. soldiers. She moved to Salem with her fiancé Steven after law school and fell in love with the city.
