Abigail Pepper

Abigail Pepper is running for Monroe City Council as an independent because she believes public service should serve the community, not party politics. Monroe is stronger when neighbors focus on what unites us, not what divides us. Her platform includes protecting residents' privacy by opposing Flock and other privately owned ALPR surveillance; making Monroe more walkable with sidewalks, crosswalks, and pedestrian infrastructure; and keeping residents informed on city council decisions and their impact.
