Shelby Hebert

Shelby Hebert is running for City Council to keep Chico a place where people can afford to live, work, and recreate together. Shelby started in public service after graduating from college, building and repairing homes across the country. She's been in nonprofits for over a decade, including in three AmeriCorps roles, and has been in watershed and forest health for the last five years. After a decade in Chico, Shelby is ready to serve her neighbors as the accountable councilmember they're eager for.
