Kelsey Stock

Kelsey Stock is a first-generation graduate of the University of Kansas and a mom of five who is running to be the first woman and first Democrat to hold the seat of Kansas HD 121. She worked in child protective services while earning her MSW in 2025, and is pursuing her PhD in Population Health at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. With experience in legislative work and deaf advocacy, she believes that the Kansas legislature needs to be diversified and modernized to reflect her community.
