Andrew Harbaugh

Andrew Harbaugh came to Clarion, Pennsylvania, after graduating from high school in 2013. He attended Pennsylvania Western University while working in retail in town. During this time, he met his wife, Lexi, and they were married in 2015. Family is paramount to the principles and beliefs he practices every day. That is why he ran for Clarion Borough Council in 2025 and won. He is now seeking to expand his ideas beyond the borough as he runs to represent the residents of the 63rd district.
