Joe Solomon

Joe Solomon is a current Charleston At-Large City Councilor focused on making sure everyday residents, especially those too often left out, have a voice in City Hall. First elected three years ago, Joe has built a record rooted in public health, community service, and increasing local democracy. During the SNAP freeze in the fall of 2025, Joe worked with Mayor Goodwin, all of Council, and service providers to allocate $70,000 to make sure more neighbors wouldn't go hungry.
