Heidi Garrido

Heidi Garrido, the first woman of color on the Hopkins City Council, is a dedicated public servant and community leader. She is a mother of three, with a diverse background that includes being a business owner and infrastructure professional. She holds a political science degree with certifications in LGBTQ+ studies and DEI, and participates in many leadership organizations. Heidi is running for re-election to continue her tireless work to ensure that her city is ready for future growth and progress.
