Jo Bennett

Jo Bennett is a public school teacher and organizer running for Onondaga County Legislature to deliver safe and affordable housing, universal child care, and fast, free transportation. Jo is fighting because they’ve lived the alternative, growing up in poor housing that caused their hospitalization. Today, Jo sees their students facing those same cycles. As a community organizer, Jo knows how to move the needle and will ensure the County finally provides the support that allows everybody to thrive.
