Megan Outten

Megan Outten is running for Wicomico County Council District 7 because Wicomico deserves leadership that prioritizes its local schools and plans proactively for its county’s future rather than reacting when crises happen. A lifelong District 7 resident and former Salisbury City Councilmember, Megan has worked alongside neighbors to advocate for affordable housing, close infrastructure gaps, support first responders, and elevate everyday voices.
