Melissa Fisher

Melissa Fisher is running for Allen County Council District 1 with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health, pastoral care, and public service. As a co-founder of New Wave Wellness, a member of the Mayor’s Mental Health Advisory Board, and a pastor, Melissa has built a career helping people and strengthening communities. She’s running to bring balance to County Council, make wise economic decisions, and invest proactively in mental health.
